It's a joke. 

April Fool's day on Easter Sunday. 

Ouch. 

For me, a difficult combination.

Yes, I love a good joke, pun, story, gag, prank....if no one or nothing gets hurt, or damaged, and everyone still has respect in the end...I'm up for it. 

So bring on the fun.

But, 

that it also falls on Easter Sunday....makes it uncomfortable for me. 

Easter is my time of reflection on my faith and trying to reconnect with the hope and joy of the new season.  New life, rediscovering and rejoicing in the miracles around me.  Feeling with all my senses and heart that where there is life, there is Love. 

So this year, April Fool's day will be put in the background.  Jokes and pranks can be done every and any day.  But Easter and the celebration of the new life that is promised to us comes once a year.  But thinking about it.... every day should be Easter, too.
