These are my "happy choices" for my Siesta Sunday.
Writing my best friend a "thinking of you" note, as she returns from her exotic holiday from the Tuscany coastline of Italy. Will try using my calligraphy pen.
Enjoy a nummy chocolate as I write.
Start to fill in my new address book. It is almost the same feeling as starting a new agenda/calender . Fresh, new start, new opportunities. Cautious; (don't want to make mistakes or spelling errors), yet curious about the choices I make as to who to keep in the new address book, and those that are no longer required, or are no longer with me.
Enjoy chocolate, with tea.
Update agenda, finalize what is needed for appointments this coming week, and set things ready. Excited about giving 2 day workshop. First time.
Chocolate to calm my nerves....(thinking about standing in front of 100 people)....
Last 2 choices:
Reading my "easy read" book, (sunglasses ready) in my hammock, on my private balcony.
If it is cloudy or too cool, then Plan "B"....coloring in my special book. Therapeutic, and ZEN for me.
NB: Yes, chocolate will be close at hand, to be enjoyed as needed. Love the fact that they have medically proven that chocolate is a GOOD nerve/stress calming food. To be administered carefully.
