September's storms September 13, 2017

At this moment, I am looking outside at a spectacular September storm.  There have been gale warnings issued, for people to stay indoors, and not to venture out; unless necessary.
Looking at the clouds whizzing by, and hearing the rain slashing against the window; I realize how blessed I am.  I am looking  to outside from the safety, and protected place of my home.
Not like millions of people who in the last weeks have been affected by brutal forces of nature. They have no "safe place" or it has been damages or destroyed.

Mother Nature is slamming the world with her forces.
She is literally throwing everything at us.
Floods, extreme heat, thousands of huge fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, rising waters due to melting of the ice regions, not even to mention the threat of volcanoes, or other natural "disasters".
It is as if Nature is using all it's power, to wake up the world and the people.

It not only Trump but the world that is denying climate change

That things are NOT right.  That climate change is happening; and the results of that are beginning to show their destructive powers. Seasons are changing dramatically. Our food supplies are affected, our fresh water threatened, vital elements, and life forms are being destroyed.  The delicate chain of life is being pulled apart and shackles are breaking.  Pieces are now missing.

We have seemed to have lost respect for the earth, and nature.  We have lost our balance with giving and taking from the earth.  We have "taken" too much, for too long.  The earth is now taking back, and hitting back.

People poo poo the talk (knowledge) of "carbon footprints".  But really; in ANY kind of relationship doesn't there have to be a basis of respect, and balance between give and take?  How about our relationship to Mother Nature?  It is the support vessel of LIFE.  Without out nature; we are doomed. At this rate we are heading in that direction.  Fools think that we can outsmart Nature; but Nature always in the end WINS.

I know that all the events of the last while are certainly affecting how I am living;  what I am using and doing in my life.  Every bit of "use less", is giving nature more back.  So it can recover and we can find a new balance with nature.
