Sublime Siesta Sunday April 9, 2017

Yes...Sunshine.
On my siesta Sunday.
Perfect.
Tidied the backyard, hauled out the garden chairs....and I am set.
Tea in hand, screen applied.
Putting up a sign...that says "Do not disurb, unless it is a life threatening issue"....
Got my journal and pens at the ready, and book on the side.
Think I have got it all.

Pausing to remember one of my entries in my journal this week. Something that I'm grateful for.
I had a wonderful chat with one of my "sister's of the heart".  Thanks to the amazing medium of Skype video chat.  It was so relaxing to be able to move through our homes, with each other in view....as we set tea/coffee.....sat down, literally....to have a real heart to heart talk with each other.
No pressure from costly phonebills, or not being able to see the other's reaction to something told, or heard.  To me....a chat like that, strengthens our bond, despite the fact that we are half a world apart from each other physically.

To my sisters of the heart....keep in touch...we need each other so much.
