Soft and soothing music in the background, a crispy chilly sunny Sunday, with a stiff breeze going....and a few moments to write this blog.
First the best news, sister had her operation (double mastectomy), and is home, and healing well. I am in awe of her spirit, and her focus during this whole situation. Praying that she continues to heal and that the following treatments, and radiation sessions will be successful in beating the cancer. If anyone needs a "Siesta Sunday" ....it is she.
As I sit behind my computer it strikes me, as to how incredibly amazing the whole computer/internet thing is.
I find myself easily spending hours, going from one topic to another; or following a thread of thought or question to completely different subjects, or direction. I can totally get lost in the maze of Pinterest, or Facebook. It is like going on a road trip, without a map....and just going in the direction that your heart tells you to go, or that your mind say....this way....I know it is the direction that I want to discover.
On a lazy Sunday like this; it is a delightful way to meander and just stroll between lovely pictures, quotes, and antidotes.
On my Siesta Sunday today; I am going to happily "get lost" for a few hours amongst the amazing and wonderful posts of Pinterest .
