Due to a personal situation, I started this new year about 2 weeks late. Honestly....it was a personal crisis, and a critical period that I had never thought I would be in. In the blink of an eye, my life shifted, and there was a pivot point in my world.
In the past 2 weeks, I had to make choices, decisions, and carefully think about what I want, what I need, and what I demand from myself; and for myself.
It is all still very raw, and awkward, but I think I am doing what is best for me.
So to start this year of 2017 off on a better, independent foot:
I am committed to making this year one of positive change and a new direction for myself.
Who ever wants to walk with me, and be with me....will join me, and support me on this new path.
This Siesta Sunday is a good place to start. Focus on myself, love myself....before I can love others. I have chosen for ME.
