This quote I could have used years ago, but it one that I still need to read now....
Something that I get caught up in....and it's wrong. Harmful, and so wasteful of my happiness, and energy.

Especially with the holiday season here, I find myself getting caught up in the whirlwinds of the neighbors, friends, well meaning family, and the commercial craze of it all. Time to step back, read this quote, memorize it; and try to use the "KISS" method to get my direction and happiness back. No the happiness that others push onto me....MY happiness.
Note: KISS stands for : Keep It Simple, Silly......
