Siesta Sunday.
Yesterday hubby came up with a most unusual request.
He wanted to have an "English" breakfast. Really? Where did that idea pop up from?
We usually do have extra nice breakfasts in the weekend. Typically: fresh baked breads, buns, or croissants. Freshly ground and brewed coffee, with eggs any style. Fresh fruits, yoghurt and granola.
But a full blown English breakfast I had never done. I was up for the challenge. So after some googling....we came with this result this morning. For brunch we had:

It was a LOT. But I did try everything. The black sausage is an acquired taste.
BUT my personal favorite was this:
(My best batch ever)...homemade cinnamon buns. Guess I am still a Canadian girl at heart. No full English breakfasts for me....unless I am in England. Till then........
