Just a very simple post, for myself, and from myself to a friend who is also struggling with KNOTS...
The knots come in all shapes and sizes, and we all have them. The question is....how we you, I or we unravel them.
I think this prayer is a step in the best direction.
For myself, my friend, and anyone who is tangled in their "knots".
