Today we as sisters in law, cleared out mother in law's closets, and drawers. It was done, in a respectful manner, tied together with stories, memories, and moments of laughter. The moment that stays in my heart, were the empty drawers, closets full of empty clothes hangers, and shelves that were bare. This evening, and in the coming time, that will be very difficult and confrontational for my father in law. My heart goes out to him.
Today was a day that once again reminds me, how precious our time together is, and that memories are stronger and everlasting, as compared to material things.
