My heart and mind are still spinning from the news of a few days ago.
What is amazing to me, is the huge response of family and friends, who are stepping forward to help us through this difficult time.
Out of the blue, people are volunteering their time, helping hands, and other practical help to my inlaws, and to the extended family.
People are wanting to help by driving elderly friends to visit them. Offers to look after our pets, if we have to suddenly go to the inlaws.
My humble thank you to everyone who is there, and is supporting us. Makes these last steps easier, and we feel less alone.
